I proposed it to an AI Startup GoSky (backed by 500 Startups) at the time I was as their advisor. I wished someone started this movement. When Ryan built SERHANT. as an AI-native brokerage powered by S.MPLE—consolidating the entire transaction lifecycle into a one-stop shop that saves thousands of working human hours—I saw the ‘FLOW’ concept brought to life.
