Congrats to Dan for purchasing his new build work-live townhouse! 🎉 Funnily enough, I met Dan on my travels to Richmond, VA. Once we got into conversation, I found out that not only did we live in the same city, but we went to the same high school! Dan owns a small business selling merchandise, so he was looking for a home that had enough space on the first floor to hold his inventory. He didn’t want to have to deal with lugging boxes of inventory up and down the stairs. We ended up finding the perfect solution for him: a live-work townhouse where the first floor was a retail front and the floors above were his residential. He plans on using the retail front as his office to manage his business, so that he can still have some separation between his personal life and work.
