🔹 List Price = What the seller hopes to get.
🔹Offer Price = What a buyer is willing to pay.
🔹 Appraised Value = What an independent appraiser believes it's worth.
🔹 Sold Price = The number that actually makes it to the finish line.

Four different numbers. Four different purposes.
And yes… I find myself explaining this to buyers and sellers throughout almost every transaction. 😅
Because in real estate, the journey matters just as much as the destination.
