Congratulations to @tetiana_real estate agent — Most Recommended in Oakland.

There are eight questions where AI now names Tetiana first: off-market homes, negotiation, first-time buyers in the East Bay. Twelve contexts in all, across ChatGPT and Google AI, plus organic search.

The AI tools your buyers are already using cannot see your production volume. It is, in their words, functionally invisible.

@inmannews reported that Local Falcon ran 37,500 AI searches across the hundred largest US cities. 91.5% of established agents were never named once.

Twenty years of being number 1 doesn’t translate if the machine can’t read it. The fix isn’t more closings — it’s making your expertise legible to AI.
