Fremont Homes Move Fast Despite 7% Rates, Prices Dip Slightly
Rates crossed 7% again, so I pulled the latest Fremont numbers. The short version: homes here are still selling fast, prices are down a bit from last year, and what it means for you depends on which side of the deal you're on. Swipe through, then tell me in the comments: are you selling, buying with a loan, or buying with cash? If you want to see your own numbers, reach out to me. No pitch.
