Discover Sacramento's Pokémon Card Shows: Fun for Kids and Collectors Alike
⚡️ His first card show—and it happened to be for something he absolutely loves: Pokémon. ❤️ We checked out a local trading card show in Natomas, Sacramento, and this was my son’s first time experiencing a card convention. If your kid is into Pokémon cards, you already know what happened next. 😂 Tables filled with Pokémon singles, sealed packs, booster boxes, graded PSA cards, vintage cards, Japanese Pokémon cards and collectors buying, selling and trading everywhere. For him, it wasn’t just about buying another Pokémon card. It was getting to walk around, look through collections, compare cards, talk to other collectors and experience an entire community built around something he genuinely enjoys. And as a dad, that was probably my favorite part. We’re still learning the Pokémon TCG hobby together—what cards are valuable, the difference between raw and graded cards, English vs. Japanese sets, vintage vs. modern Pokémon and, most importantly, trying not to buy EVERYTHING we see. 😂 📍 Pokémon & Trading Card Show | Natomas, Sacramento, CA If your family is into Pokémon, there are actually several trading card shows around the Sacramento area worth watching for, including the Sacramento Card Show, The Sac Trading Card Show, TCG-focused events and other collectible shows throughout Sacramento, Roseville, Elk Grove and surrounding communities. The Sacramento Card Show is also scheduled for November 20–22, 2026 at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center, with TCG vendors alongside sports cards, Magic, One Piece, Funko Pops, memorabilia and card-grading submissions. So I have a feeling this definitely won’t be his last card show. 😂 👇 Sacramento Pokémon collectors—where should we go next? Drop your favorite local Pokémon card shop, trade night or card show in the comments. And send this reel to another parent raising a Pokémon collector! ⚡️
