Spent a little time in San Carlos and stopped by Ascend Aerial Arts to check out something a little different! They combine kickboxing with aerial arts for a workout that looks equal parts challenging and fun. One of my favorite parts of working throughout the Peninsula is getting to know the local businesses and people that make each community unique.
