It’s not a new inspection or a new negotiation—just making sure the home is in the expected condition. Then comes closing: you sign, the loan funds, and the deed records. Once it records, I’ll call you, we coordinate keys, set up utilities, and you’ll save your final settlement statement for your records/taxes.
