Title & Hazard reports what they mean 🏡📄 You’ll get a Preliminary Title Report (who owns the home, any liens, easements, or restrictions that could affect how you use the property) and often a Natural Hazard Disclosure (NHD) (info on fire zones, flood zones, and other location-based risks).
