Inspection Contingency: Your Time to Review, Negotiate, and Decide with Confidence
An inspection contingency does not guarantee the seller will fix everything. It gives you time to investigate the home, review the findings, and decide how you want to move forward. If bigger items come up, like the roof, foundation, or other repairs, you may ask for a repair, credit, or price adjustment. The seller can agree, counter, or decline. The important part is knowing what the findings mean, what they may cost, and what feels right for you before moving forward. Save this for your home search, and message me if you have questions about the inspection process.
