A few years running now, which we’re really grateful for.

We might be able to negotiate and craft these deals, but it’s not without your trust and partnership.

Thank you!

Breaking: Todd and Ryan make finger hearts for the first time.

And now join the ranks of notable personalities, such as Tom Cruise, BTS, President Joe Biden and Michael Jackson.

While made globally known by K Pop idols, MJ shared this small gesture of love, affection and gratitude during his earlier concerts in Asia.

Welcome @serhant to the club🫰

One of the most worthy estates I’ve visited in the SF Peninsula (ever).

Thoughtful and prestige finishes, elevation that promotes privacy and views, grounds that are purposeful and to top it off, a short quiet lane.

We often see relative value, but rarely do we see absolute value.

That’s what a proper partnership and meaningful search entails.

DM us if you’re looking for the finest, not just “better than”.

In the Hamptons, these waterfront homes would be aspirational.

In the Bay, it’s just a detail that one will come to live with.
Same features. Different frame of mind.

Hidden within the Biotech capital of the world (South San Francisco), between new buildings and scientific innovation is Omakase World Market.

A new take on elevated food hall and a place to spend or waste time, depending on how your day is going.

Think corporate cafeteria, but company agnostic, so you might even find a new connection just having lunch.

We stopped by because we were excited to eat food by Geoffrey Raby again, who opened and ran @cuisinett for 12 years in San Carlos.

You don’t have to work here to visit, just 10 mins from Millbrae, San Bruno, Burlingame, Brisbane and of course, South San Francisco. Just make sure to come between 11-2pm when all the eateries are open.

@omakaseworldmarket

Had a client a few years back who knew exactly where they wanted to be.

We spent months looking for that property and it just didn’t exist. I told them that and shared other neighborhoods that they had never thought about.

Sometimes the where is not where you had thought and it turns out to be exactly where you were meant to be.

Woodside has stronger lots and privacy than most of Menlo Park and Palo Alto. More exclusive too.

The price difference stopped being the difference a long time ago.

Purchase for 2.5M
Feels like 4M
But you might be able to get it for 2M

Price doesn’t always equal value.
Find yourself on the strong side of that equation.

Know your block and if you don’t, we’re glad to help.

The right intersection or block can make the difference between one of one or one of many. That influences how you approach purchase and how you position sale.

Let us show you the neighborhoods within the neighborhood.

Would you say yes to 15% return in 12-18 months?

Not all rental investment opportunities are created equally.

And while waterfront seems an obvious plus, (and it is more often than not), make sure your HOA has been taking good care of the community to lock in your equity and profit potential.

DM “Water” to find out which specific communities will better protect your investment.

Where work (behind the work) gets done.

8 hours a week ->
rest, focus, grind, get better, compete, charge and recharge.

In a sport that is about precision and no unforced errors, this shot is “frowned upon”, it’s too deep for power, but we’re putting it in the bag.

I wanted to play padel for such a long time, thankfully found an amazing family of a club - @parkpadel - just minutes away and it’s been more than I could have hoped for!

Stay tuned for more this weekend!

How Do My Clients Always Get Their Offers Accepted?

It comes down to one thing most buyers don’t understand: Action Price. Everyone talks about:
Listing price and Market price But neither guarantees acceptance. Action price is what the seller will actually sell for. It’s driven by motivation, timing, pressure, inventory, and psychology — not just comps. Market value and action price are often different.

How Can Sellers Win in a Buyer's Market?

Many sellers feel stuck. They're ready to sell and move forward, but they don't want to leave money on the table. So they wait, hoping to "time" the market into a better position. Here's 2 ways sellers make money in a buyer's market.

Why Are Chasing Interest Rates a Bad Idea?

Because what happens in your life doesn't stop and the pace of property price increase is faster than the savings from lower interest rates.
