Just Sold! We are excited to announce the successful closing of the D'Avila Woods Apartments, a unique multifamily investment property in El Sobrante. Our process: We helped the sellers stabilize the property during the marketing process, which included completing approximately fourteen unit turnovers, new lease-ups, and numerous improvements. Our results: The property sold for over $1M more than from off-market offers received from other brokers in 2023 before we were hired to sell the property.
