Well, I’ve finally made it!!! I’ve officially been named to the MAVERIX 80 Under 80! I’d like to thank MAVERIX for creating an industry award where I can still be considered one of the young guys. 😂 30 Under 30? Missed it. 40 Under 40? Missed that too. 50 Under 50? Starting to see a pattern. But 80 Under 80? NOW we’re talking. 😜 All joking aside, I’m genuinely honored to be recognized alongside so many people pushing the real estate industry forward. After 25 years in real estate, I’m constantly aware that this business never stops changing. Technology, marketing, AI, consumer behavior — there’s always something new to learn and another opportunity to get better. As usual, the credit belongs to the incredible people at The Ashton Real Estate Group who turn all my “I’ve got an idea…” moments into reality 😁 Thanks to Jeff Kennedy, Kevin Van Eck and the MAVERIX team for the recognition, and congratulations to everyone on this year’s list.
